The’ why’ for me sadly, refers to an overused word, these days, ‘passion.’
Vision I’m not so sure.
I’ve known very successful people say they didn’t know what they wanted to do in life.
What made them successful was a simple factor.
They were lucky enough to get a job they loved doing.
They didn’t have any thought whatsoever about reaching the very top of their chosen career path they just did. The reason for their success was probably due to others seeing their enthusiasm, energy for life and importantly passion for their career, so those in a position to help them, chose to open doors for them.
For the rest of us, this video offers us a structured path for our journey in life. Well worth watching and applying.

Thanks for your comment Chris. I also agree with you that following your passion is being overused. First of all we might not be competent at what we are passionate about so then technically is just a hobby. As you said some people were lucky enough to find a job they loved doing and others I believe learned to love the job they were doing.
A great question to ask in so many areas of life. Why? It’s always great to hear others encourage to go deeper in their hearts and minds.
