  1. When I see a large menu I question the quality of food, how fresh, level of food waste all paid for by the customer. To produce a large menu offering requires a large brigade. Two articles that may help you decide whether to keep or drop a menu item.

    Personally I like a small menu, I tend find the dishes are fresh and of high quality. If you wish to offer more rotate your menus to reflect seasonal changes.
