  1. I play the role, in my workplace, as recovery server. However, a lot is based on perception of the guest. Their mood plays a role, sometimes. An angry person can see something negative, where there was nothing. I am lucky to know my crew, and in that knowledge, know that they wouldn’t intentionally offend someone. Our managers should be able to see and handle those situations. It happens where complaints are legitimate, but do question the need for some to just hear themselves talk.
